Turning 60

We knew it would come. But who can believe it has started? Amazing as it seems, most of our Class is turning 60 years old this year! Ed Storme is leading the way as his day was celebrated recently. Pat Fraser looks on with empathy. Over the Hill 40 looks pretty good now eh?

All-Class Reunion in August

The Anacortes Schools Foundation has announced the AHS All-Class Reunion to be held on Saturday, August 4, 2007 from 1:00-4:00 at the Anacortes High School.

The event will be similar to the Seahawk Centennial Celebration held last August. There will be media presentations of the history of the Anacortes High School, an area designated to meet your classmates and renew old friendships, food and refreshments.

Williams Gym will be set up to display photos, memorabilia, old Key Club scrapbooks and other high school memories. Each class will have the opportunity to display their reunion scrapbooks, photos, yearbook, and any other memories. If you would like to receive the Foundation newsletter and other updates, you can write to: info@AnacortesSchoolsFoundation.org

If any of you want to take the lead in organizing a Class of 1965 presence at this event, please contact:
Bret Lunsford: blunsford62@comcast.net or Kris Lytton: 299-4542 or mrlytton@fidalgo.net

And we can use this site to coordinate and communicate as needed.

How Cool Are You?

Being at least half-way "cool" in high school was always on our minds.

One of my Baby Boomer colleagues sent this to me. I fell for it.
